ARIZONA: THE RIGHT TO TRAVEL ACT HAS OFFICIALLY ARRIVED!

People of Arizona — did you know that the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) extracted over $2.08 BILLION from the people of Arizona last year through the unlawful commercial registration and taxation of your PRIVATE AUTOMOBILE?

Here is the truth they have been hiding from you:

Article 9, Section 2 of the ARIZONA CONSTITUTION explicitly states:

"All household goods owned by the user thereof and used solely for noncommercial purposes shall be exempt from taxation, and such person entitled to such exemption shall NOT be required to take any affirmative action to receive the benefit of such exemption."

Your private automobile is a HOUSEHOLD GOOD. The Arizona Constitution ALREADY exempts it from taxation. No affirmative action required. The state has been violating its own constitution — and collecting $2.08 BILLION a year doing it.

REPEALS the commercial driver's license requirement for private, noncommercial travelers

REQUIRES the Certificate of Origin to be delivered directly to the purchaser at time of sale
