THE EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT. TEXAS IS NOW IN THE FIGHT.

Today, May 26th, 2025 — we formally transmitted the Texas Right to Travel Act to 10 of the most constitutionally aligned legislators in the 89th Texas Legislature. This is not a petition. This is not a form letter. This is a full legislative package — backed by 8 United States Supreme Court decisions — demanding that the sovereign right to travel be recognized in law.

Crandall v. Nevada (1868) — The right to travel is FUNDAMENTAL.
Murdock v. Pennsylvania (1943) — A state CANNOT charge a fee for a constitutional right.
Packard v. Banton (1924) — Personal travel is a RIGHT. Commercial driving is a privilege.

The distinction matters. The law is clear. And now the Legislature of Texas has it in their hands.
