Under the Kansas Uniform Commercial Code (K.S.A. 84-9-102(a)(23)), your private car is a "consumer good"—NOT a commercial vehicle. The state has NO constitutional authority to tax or regulate your private property when used for noncommercial travel.

Today, Operation Wisedome has officially delivered the Kansas Right to Travel Act to all 119 Republican members of the Kansas Legislature.
